The residents of Matthews will have the opportunity to hear directly from the two candidates vying to be the town’s next mayor during the 2025 Matthews Mayoral Debate. Commissioner Leon Threatt and incumbent Mayor John Higdon will face off in a moderated discussion addressing the most pressing issues facing our community.
